Payment and Refunds

Ordering, payment, cancellations and refunds at obychnuxo follow the rules below, which form part of our terms. The prices shown on obychnuxo.com apply to every order; each order is confirmed in writing and paid by invoice, never on the website itself.

Quotations and confirmation of an order

Our published prices apply to every order. Where a service is priced by quantity or the website shows an estimate, we state the final amount in writing before any work starts, based on the details you give us. Nothing is agreed or paid on the website itself: the order takes effect when you accept our written confirmation.

Changes and cancellations by you

Orders and appointments can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date; a call to 01223 480176 or a short message to hello@obychnuxo.com is enough. For cancellations at shorter notice, or if nobody is present at the agreed time, we may invoice work already carried out and costs we can no longer avoid, though we would rather agree a new date.

Cancellation on our side

Should we be unable to keep an agreed appointment, we contact you straight away, explain why and suggest another date as early as we can. If you would rather not reschedule, we refund what you have paid for the part of the service not provided, in full and without any cancellation charge.

How a refund is made

A refund is issued using the payment method of the original transaction, normally within 14 days after we have agreed it with you. If that method is no longer available, we ask you for bank details at hello@obychnuxo.com and transfer the amount there, free of charge. Services already provided in full are not refundable; for partly completed work we settle the fee for the completed part and return the balance, allowing for material or third-party expenses agreed in advance.

Complaints about our work

Complaints about the quality of a service should reach us at hello@obychnuxo.com within 14 days of the work being completed, and can also be raised beforehand by telephone at 01223 480176. We respond within a few working days and agree with you how the matter is to be put right, by reworking the service or by refunding part of the fee.

Paying invoices

Invoices are due within 14 days of their date unless another term has been agreed in writing; the accepted payment methods are listed on each invoice. For larger jobs, an advance payment or payment in instalments can be agreed in the quotation. If an invoice stays unpaid, we send a written reminder before taking further steps.

Right to cancel

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel a contract agreed by telephone, by email or online, that right applies in addition to this policy. Written notice to hello@obychnuxo.com within the statutory period is enough, and any work you expressly asked us to begin before withdrawing is then settled separately.
